Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges: Electromart
What We Will Do Together:
Step 1: Raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you’ve received the wrong or expired product(s).
- Submit your request with your order and contact details.
- You can also raise a request using the Chat option.
- For damaged or missing products, raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the delivery date.
Step 2: Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.
Step 3: After review, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the products.
Step 4: If our reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier. We will reimburse the courier charges to your PayTM Wallet or Click Pe Shop Wallet.
Step 5: Once we receive your product(s), we will verify them and initiate the replacement or refund based on stock availability.
Conditions for Return or Replacement:
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered (physical damage, tampered product, or packaging)
- Incomplete order (missing products)
Conditions Where Returns/ Replacements Won’t Be Accepted:
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
- Return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
- Damaged or missing product reported after 2 days from the delivery date
How Are Returns Processed?
For returns : Once you request a return, we will arrange a pickup within 5-7 business days. The item will be sent to our warehouse for quality control. Upon approval, we will process your refund.
For replacements : Once you request for an exchange/replacement, we will arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days. The item will be sent to our warehouse for quality control. Upon approval, we will deliver the exchanged product within 5-7 business days.
Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order through the CANCEL button in the order details page under the My Account section. Simply provide a reason for cancellation, and we’ll take care of the rest.
- Note: Orders can only be canceled before the status is marked as “Ready to Ship.”
Refund Process
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, please provide your bank details for the refund.
Refund Timeline
- For canceled orders, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- For returns, refunds are processed after the product passes the quality check at our warehouse. The entire return and refund process takes approximately 2 weeks from pickup.
Partial Order Returns
Yes, you can return any eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
